I am self employed, and with the economy being really slow I found it increasing hard to keep up with all the bills and life as it comes at you. So I decided to try to get help to keep the house. Consumer Support Group enrolled me with CI Group. This company did a great job.  My house had been in foreclosure and Fay Servicing would not work with me or talk to me and were trying to set an auction.  The people at CI Group helped me file complaints against the bank and got them to agree to work with me for a solution.  I had been stuck for a long time with Fay and these guys helped me and this time Fay gave me a reinstatement so that I could save my house.  This was a stressful time but I could always talk to someone there and they got me through this in about 3 months.
